Our room was very well decorated and generous-sized and had a laptop-compatible safe, multi-channel television and a fridge.

The staff is always polite and courteous, and the rooms are uniquely decorated with hypo-allergenic pillows. Rewritten: the staff is consistently polite and the rooms have trendy decorations with hypo-allergenic pillows.

This was a lovely stay for short visit. The hotel was in a nice and absolutely perfect location adjacent to local restaurants, all the cute boutique shops and hostels are, and the beach on taxi. Street food restaurant Wurstbude was located 5 minutes walk away:)))

The unit here is nicely decorated and quite spacious with a cool style. It comes equipped with a private safe, climate control, and even a sofa bed, which can be really handy. 🛋️

I greatly enjoyed the room with balcony. Climate control, a private safe and an iron in the room were useful. The location seemed marvellous and amazing to Tulum's beaches. I often went to Wurstbude to pick up some food.

The hotel is relaxing with stunning rooms in an incredible location. the staff were incredibly nice and absolutely kind, providing free parking. the rooms have balconies. the food is excellent, and the service is great.

Beautifully decorated and modern rooms with a king-size bed. A lot of facilities available such as climate control, a laptop-compatible safe, and an iron.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my sister, the service was excellent and made us feel very welcome, plus convenient on-site parking available.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was situated in a beautiful jungle setting, surrounded by lush greenery. the ambience was truly amazing, with airy and comfortable rooms. the staff at the reception were friendly and knowledgeable, recommending hidden gems in the area. We also enjoyed the free bike rentals provided by the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the surroundings.

The functionality of the hotel left a lot to be desired. There were frequent power outages throughout the day, which was quite frustrating.
